Rodgers Contracts is a long established Civil Engineering company which has a Health & Safety record second to none. We are very proud of our Safe T Cert Third Party Accreditation which we have held since the schemes inception. This means we are audited by independent auditors who ensure our Health & Safety Management System is of the highest calibre.

We also employ two full time Health & Safety Officers who ensure that we do what we say on site. Our Health & Safety Culture comes from the very top of the company at board level and is cascaded throughout the company from management to operatives on site.

Rodgers also employs a Training Coordinator who manages are Skills Development Programme and ensures that our people are among the best trained in the industry.

Safety meetings between management and employees are held on a regular basis. This gives employees the chance to raise any concerns they may have at an early stage and have them addressed promptly.

Finally, Health & Safety is not just something we talk about but something we strive to put into practice and improve on a daily basis.
